Silver Sneaker Splash® offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, < and a special Silver Sneaker® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination. Silver Sneaker Splash provides a friendly and supportive group atmosphere to help you decrease pain and stiffness associated with limited mobility. You will learn exercises that can help increase your joint range of motion and strengthen muscles without putting excess stress on joints.

We will perform cardiovascular exercises in the shallow end of the pool as well as strength training exercises for the upper and lower body using water, weights and resistance tubing for an added challenge.   • 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm Body ChallengeBuild strength and endurance in this cutting-edge conditioning class. Instructor changes routines weekly to test your skills!
  • 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm Body FitA full body workout! Kicking it off with heart-pumping cardio moves, and then adding awesome strength training. Whether you are new to working out or a fitness fanatic...this class is for you!
  • 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm Yoga
     A great mind and body workout. Stretch, strengthen and balance your way to a new you.  

Thursday

  • 8:00 am to 8:45 am Silver Sneaker Classic (MSROM)®Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
  • 9:00 am to 9:45 am Silver Sneaker Yoga ®A great mind and body workout. Stretch, strengthen and balance your way to a new you. A chair is used to help with poses.
  • 10:00 am to 10:45 am Aqua SplashTest the water with us in this aquatic fitness class. We will perform cardiovascular exercises in the shallow end of the pool as well as strength training exercises for the upper and lower body using water, weights and resistance tubing for an added challenge. (Deep water at class request.)
  • 11:00 am to 11:45 am Aqua Hip, Knee and BackDiscover the benefits of water if you have hip, knee or back pain, or are a pre/post-surgery patient. This class is taught by a personal trainer.
  • 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm H.I.I.T.High Intensity Interval Training - Challenge yourself with state-of-the-art class that boosts overall cardio and strength training to maximize fat loss and muscle definition.
  • 5:15 pm to 6:00 pm Aqua SplashTest the water with us in this aquatic fitness class. We will perform cardiovascular exercises in the shallow end of the pool as well as strength training exercises for the upper and lower body using water, weights and resistance tubing for an added challenge. Friday

  • 5:20 am to 6:05 am Bootcamp
    This class will test your cardio, strength, and core! A circuit-style workout that is effective and fun! Bootcamp is for those who want to challenge themselves and learn new ways to use the equipment offered at BCC. Every class will be different and exciting!  
  • 8:00 am to 8:45 am Aqua SplashTest the water with us in this aquatic fitness class.
