The Movement Chain Assessment (MCA)  is a comprehensive analysis of the body’s ability to perform efficiently. This one-on-one assessment begins with observing an individual’s current posture and video analysis of your movement patterns. The MCA evaluates dysfunctions in current posture and movement patterns, which allows our Corrective Exercise Specialists to create a blueprint for your training program.

The MCA is performed by Jim Beversdorf, Corrective Exercise Specialist, LAT, PES, CSCS.

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a 60-minute session with a Corrective Exercise Specialist that identifies asymmetries or imbalances with movement patterns. A corrective exercise plan will be built based on the findings. Great for anyone who wants to get more out of their workout.

The FMS is performed by our staff of Corrective Exercise Specialists and Personal Trainers.

The Runner’s Gait Assessment gives runners an opportunity to be videotaped while running to show what may be causing their pain or keeping them from achieving their running goals. Using Dartfish video software, we can slow down or stop the video at key positions, allowing us to look at all the pieces of a person’s running form. With this information, a corrective exercise plan will be created to help you meet your running goals.

The Runner’s Gait Assessment is performed by Nate Vandervest, Corrective Exercise Specialist, NSCA, RRCA.

The Pain & Injury Assessment is a free 30-minute session with a Licensed Athletic Trainer whose guidance and recommendations will be provided on current pain issues you are experiencing.  Ideal for members experiencing muscular soreness, joint aches and/or pain, or members with questions about a current injury or injury prevention.

The Pain & Injury Assessment is performed by Jim Beversdorf, Corrective Exercise Specialist, LAT, PES, CSCS.
