SWIM LESSONS
We conduct our swim lesson program using the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim curriculum. It is designed to give students a positive learning experience.

General Public: $82
Winter 1: January 6 – February 17
Winter 2: March 2 – April 13
Mondays: L1/2 – 5-5:45PM L3/4 – 5:45-6:30PM
PARENT/CHILD SWIM LESSONS
This class will teach your child basic movements in the water and allow your child to explore the water environment. It is helpful for those children who might be fearful of the water.
Members: $45
General Public: $65

PRIVATE LESSONS
Join us for this excellent opportunity for swimmers of all ages to learn or catch up on swimming skills. Perfect for those who are fearful of the water or struggling to advance in a group setting. All lessons are 30-minutes long.
Swim Instructor Fees
Members: $30 per session, $84 for three sessions, $182 for seven sessions
General Public:$35 per session, $99 for three sessions, $208 for seven sessions
SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS
All lessons are 30 minutes long. 2 participants per instructor.

Challenges & Workouts
Maintain, Don’t Gain Challenge | November 1st – January 10th
Don’t gain weight during this Holiday Season! Join the Maintain, Don’t Gain Challenge and stay fit during the most difficult time of the season. The members that lose or maintain weight will be entered in a raffle to win a prize.
Rules:
Must Weigh-in initial time and Weigh into Biggest Loser or Final Weigh-in. Also need to do 2 out of 3 other Weigh-in’s.

You Donate We Pledge Challenge | November 11th – December 13th
For each donation, you pick a trainer and they will pledge to do an exercise:
Amanda: Push-ups
Amy: Jumping Jacks in the pool
Abby: Squats
Suggested donation items: Canned fruit in 100% juice, dried fruit with no added sugar, low sodium canned vegetables, spices, whole grain cereals, whole grain granola bars, oatmeal, brown rice, wheat pasta, canned chicken, salmon & tuna in water, dried beans or peas, peanut butter and unsalted nuts & seeds, toilet paper, napkins, tissue, toothpaste, hand soap, shampoo, deodorants, and laundry detergent.

Community Events
Playtivities | December 3rd & 17th | 1:00-3:00 PM
Come and join the fun with fellow adults! Play a variety of games, such as Dominoes, Yahtzee or teach a new activity to the group. If you don’t want to play, please feel free to come and socialize!
Membership to Oconto is not required!
