Aqua Chronic Pain

Get the boost you need in this small group setting. Using the 86 degree pool, this workout is designed to use water’s buoyancy and relaxation exercises to reduce chronic pain. This small group class is taught by a personal trainer.

 Aqua Splash

Test the water with us in this aquatic fitness class. We will preform cardiovascular exercises in the shallow end of the pool as well as strength training excises for the upper and lower body using water, weights and resistance tubing for an added challenge.

Aqua Hip, Knee And Back

Discover the benefits of water if you have hip, knee, or back pain or are a pre/post-surgery patient. This class is conducted in a small group setting where you learn to use the water as a tool in recovery. Strength training, flexibility, balance, body alignment and more will aid you on your wellness journey. This class is taught by a personal trainer.

SILVER SNEAKERS® SILVERSPLASH

Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplashoffers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination. SilverSplash provides a friendly and supportive group atmosphere to help you decrease pain and stiffness associated with limited mobility. You will learn exercises that can help increase your joint range of motion and strengthen muscles without putting excess stress on joints.

Whether you want to improve your swimming skills or are looking for some water-filled fun, splash into one of more of out aquatic classes that are sure to cool off and give you a great workout

PARENT/CHILD SWIM LESSONS

This class will teach your child basic movements in the water and allow your child to explore the water environment. It is helpful for those children who might be fearful of the water

Master Swim Training

This 8-week program is designed for experienced adult swimmers.  Whether you’re training for a triathlon, water competition, or just looking to improve your swimming strokes, this training will help fine tune your skills in the water. *Only 4 participant max*

SWIM LESSONS

We conduct our swim lesson program using the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim curriculum. It is designed to give students a positive learning experience.

Members: $38.50

PRIVATE LESSONS

Join us for this excellent opportunity for swimmers of all ages to learn or catch up on swimming skills. Perfect for those who are fearful of the water or struggling to advance in a group setting. All lessons are 30-minutes long.

Members: $20 per session, $54 for three sessions, $112 for seven sessions

General Public:$25 per session, $69 for three sessions, $147 for seven sessions

 

SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS

All lessons are 30 minutes long. 2-3 participants per instructor.

Members: $16 per session/participant,$42 for three sessions/participant, $84 for seven sessions/per participant

General Public: $20 per session/participant, $54 for three sessions/participant, $112 for seven sessions/participant

Rent Space at our Oconto Facility

Fitness Center – Oconto has rooms available for rent for birthday parties, meetings, bridal showers, baby showers, anniversaries, etc. You can also rent the pool and gym or the entire building for lock-ins and overnights.

Oconto Racquetball League Information

The Bond Community Center racquetball league is ongoing. Fall sign-up occurs in August, with the league starting after Labor Day and continuing through December. Winter sign-up is in December. The league starts after January 1 and runs through April.

Tae Kwon Do

Acquire disciplined fighting skills with an emphasis on self-defense and form; an excellent means of protection as well as great exercise for both young and old alike.  Ages 7 and up (White/Color Belts)

Youth Performance

Proper movement patterns are important to prevent possible injury.  This 8-week program will educate your child on the importance of proper strength training techniques, using the NASM corrective exercise protocols.  Ages 11-14
