In an effort to help reduce community spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), a decision was made to close both Bellin Health Fitness Centers in Green Bay (Bellevue and Ashwaubenon), the Bond Community Center (Oconto) and the Athletic Performance Center (Titletown) until further notice.

 These specialized exercise programs focuses on your fitness goals through low-impact, joint friendly workouts. Our certified personal trainers will provide you with results-based training and guided workouts for your individual needs.

Winter Pool Schedule

Aqua Chronic Pain

Get the boost you need in this small group setting. Using the 86 degree pool, this workout is designed to use water’s buoyancy and relaxation exercises to reduce chronic pain. This small group class is taught by a personal trainer.

 Aqua Splash

Test the water with us in this aquatic fitness class. We will preform cardiovascular exercises in the shallow end of the pool as well as strength training excises for the upper and lower body using water, weights and resistance tubing for an added challenge.

Aqua Hip, Knee And Back

Discover the benefits of water if you have hip, knee, or back pain or are a pre/post-surgery patient. This class is conducted in a small group setting where you learn to use the water as a tool in recovery. Strength training, flexibility, balance, body alignment and more will aid you on your wellness journey. This class is taught by a personal trainer.

SILVER SNEAKERS® SILVERSPLASH

Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplashoffers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination. SilverSplash provides a friendly and supportive group atmosphere to help you decrease pain and stiffness associated with limited mobility. You will learn exercises that can help increase your joint range of motion and strengthen muscles without putting excess stress on joints.

SWIM LESSONS

We conduct our swim lesson program using the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim curriculum. It is designed to give students a positive learning experience.

PARENT/CHILD SWIM LESSONS

This class will teach your child basic movements in the water and allow your child to explore the water environment. It is helpful for those children who might be fearful of the water.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Join us for this excellent opportunity for swimmers of all ages to learn or catch up on swimming skills. Perfect for those who are fearful of the water or struggling to advance in a group setting. All lessons are 30-minutes long.

Swim Instructor Fees

Members: $30 per session, $84 for three sessions, $182 for seven sessions

General Public:$35 per session, $99 for three sessions, $208 for seven sessions

SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS

All lessons are 30 minutes long. 2 participants per instructor.

Rent Space at our Oconto Facility

Fitness Center – Oconto has rooms available for rent for birthday parties, meetings, bridal showers, baby showers, anniversaries, etc. You can also rent the pool and gym or the entire building for lock-ins and overnights.

Tae Kwon Do

Winter 2: February 29 – April 11 | Saturdays

Get Ready to acquire disciplined fighting skills with an emphasis on self defense and form. Tae Kwon Do is an excellent way to build confidence as well as great exercise for both youth and adults. Now is the time to begin or continue your education in the Korean ‘art of the foot and the fist’ and Do what it takes to become a better you. A combination of combat techniques, self-defense, sport, exercise, meditation, and philosophy. It is claimed as the world’s most popular martial art and it is offered right here at the Bond Community Center.

Tae Kwon Do Self-Defense Class

Get Ready to acquire disciplined fighting skills with an emphasis on Self-Defense and form. Learn how to use your body language to be confident in variety of situations. This class will focus on key areas of vulnerability. You will only act in Self-Defense – Never starting a fight!

Challenges & Workouts

Mindful March Challenge | March 1st – 31st

Put yourself to the test and see how many activities you can complete with our Mindful March Challenge. Grab a calendar and complete the list of activities listed on it each day. At the end of the month write a paragraph to reflect on how the challenge changed you. Submissions will be entered for a Mindful Gift Basket. Calendars can be found at the front desk.

April Pains bring May Gains | April 1st – 30th

Spin the Wheel to determine what exercise you will have to complete for that day. Must participate 3 days out of the 7 days of the week to be eligible for the prize drawing. Prize is: Small Foam Roller, Exercise Band, Massage Ball, & Bellin First Aid Kit. Cards are located at the Front Desk to sign-up.

Community Events

Playtivities | March 3rd & 17th | 1:00-3:00 PM

Come and join the fun with fellow adults!  Play a variety of games, such as Dominoes, Yahtzee or teach a new activity to the group.  If you don’t want to play, please feel free to come and socialize!
