  • Effective Monday, September 20th, Vaccinated members who provide proof of vaccination, are able to pull their masks down while engaging in exercise.
  • Once an exercise or activity has been completed they must replace their mask over their nose and mouth.
  • All unvaccinated members must remain masked at all times when using the facility.

Special FULL MASKING hours now available Monday through Thursdays from 1 pm to 3 pm and Fridays from 1 pm to 2 pm.  Regardless of vaccination status, all facility users must be masked during these special hours.

Eighty-five percent of all Bellin Fitness’ classes are included FREE, as an added benefit, to your Bellin Fitness membership.

Active Adults

Maintain cardiovascular health and improve strength and flexibility in this fun, low-impact class. Not only is it a wonderful place to meet new people, but it is designed specifically to help bring ease to your everyday activities. The music will get you moving, and the friends will keep you coming back.  All levels welcome.

Cardiopulmonary & Vascular Rehab

Oconto and Bellevue
Designed for anyone who has finished a hospital-based Phase Two Program and would like to continue in a supervised format.  Class includes pre/post blood pressure and heart rate monitoring, group warm up and cool down and personalized exercise prescription. Group Training rates apply.

Silver Circuit

Bellevue and Oconto
Get your heart rate up and improve functional strength.  Have a better understanding of how and when to use our Cybex Weight Machines as well as the benefits of resistance training.


Ashwaubenon, Oconto and Bellevue
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movements and activity for daily living. We will focus on functional strength building exercises using hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support…all levels welcome!

SilverSneakers Yoga

Improve flexibility and relieve stress with yoga Increase circulation, flexibility, range of motion, balance and overall energy. Perfect for those with physical limitations that find it difficult to get on and off the floor.  Come warmed up and ready to go!  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.




Cardio Challenge

This high-energy class will definitely get your heart pumping as you challenge your cardiovascular endurance!  Modifications are provided for all levels.

Cardio Step Tabata

Get ready to work hard in this high intensity Tabata-style class.  Includes highly choreographed step routines and cardio intervals.  An invigorating workout guaranteed to make you sweat!


This powerful, high-energy class is full of kicks and punches that will help you increase strength, improve definition and work your cardiovascular endurance. Be prepared to have a blast in this calorie-burning, stress releasing workout!

Move & Groove

Get into the groove and get moving with this Zumba® dance-inspired fitness class. Using fast and slow rhythms, you will have tons of fun while toning your entire body.  No experience required…all fitness levels welcome!

Yoga Essentials

No experience required – This class is for all levels, especially beginners.  Learn basic yoga postures at a slow, mindful pace with a focus on proper alignment of the body and breathing.  Props such as block or straps may be used to assist in a posture or to maximize a stretch.  This yoga practice develops body awareness, strength, balance, flexibility and focus.

Yoga Flow

This energizing flow-style yoga class is designed to improve balance, coordination, strength and agility.  Participants must be able to flow movements from standing to floor positions to create a fluid total body challenge.  Levels vary.

Aqua Chronic Pain

Get the boost you need in this small group setting. Using the 86 degree pool, this workout is designed to use water’s buoyancy and relaxation exercises to reduce chronic pain. This small group class is taught by a personal trainer.

Aqua Hip, Knee and Back

Discover the benefits of water if you have hip, knee, or back pain or are a pre/post-surgery patient. This class is conducted in a small group setting where you learn to use the water as a tool in recovery. Strength training, flexibility, balance, body alignment and more will aid you on your wellness journey. This class is taught by a personal trainer.

Aqua Personal Training

This specialized exercise program focuses on your fitness goals through low-impact, joint friendly workouts. Our certified personal trainers will provide you with results-based training and guided workouts for your individual needs.
