We conduct our swim lesson program using the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim curriculum. It is designed to give students a positive learning experience.

PARENT/CHILD SWIM LESSONS
This class will teach your child basic movements in the water and allow your child to explore the water environment. It is helpful for those children who might be fearful of the water.
General Public: $65
Join us for this excellent opportunity for swimmers of all ages to learn or catch up on swimming skills. Perfect for those who are fearful of the water or struggling to advance in a group setting. All lessons are 30-minutes long.

Members: $30 per session, $84 for three sessions, $182 for seven sessions

Whether you’re a novice line dancer, or a seasoned two-stepper, join us for a fun-filled afternoon with line dance instructor, Charles Bishop. All fitness and dancing experience levels are welcome and encouraged to come out! This is open to members, as well as the general public.

Challenges & Workouts
Ice Age Trail Challenge | Sept. 14th – Dec. 31st
Take the challenge and exercise your way across the Ice Age Trail of Wisconsin.
Allowable Exercises are as follows:
Swimming a mile = 3 miles
Running a mile = 2 miles
Walking, Biking or Elliptical a mile = 1 mile
Just keep track of your miles. All participants who make it past the first check point will be entered into prize drawings. Finish all 1200 miles and win the Grand Prize!
Pre-registration not necessary for this program.
Come and join the fun with fellow adults! Play a variety of games, such as Dominoes, Yahtzee or teach a new activity to the group. If you don’t want to play, please feel free to come and socialize!
Membership to Oconto is not required!
