Don & Lori Jolly

Don & Lori Jolly

Don and Lori Jolly have worked with Liza, their personal trainer, for just about a year. They have a Havapoo dog named Quincy and are both retired. They enjoy walking the dog, biking, kayaking, camping, hiking, pickle ball, and UTV riding in their spare time.
What first motivated them to begin their fitness journey is retirement. They both wanted to make sure they would be able to do the things they love doing with all their free time, and continue to do them for a long time by getting into shape and staying in shape.
While working on their fitness goals at the fitness center they have both improved in certain areas. Lori has better awareness of correct posture and form that is becoming more and more natural to her. While Don has seen great improvement in his shoulder. His pain is gone, and mobility has improved. Even after these they still have goals they are working toward. Lori wants to continue to work on balance, strength, and grow her knowledge of correct form and continue to make fitness a part of her every day routine. Don wants to continue to strengthen his shoulder and gain all over body strength, flexibility, balance, and muscle tone.
Bellin Fitness Center and personal trainer, Liza has helped in their fitness journey the most says Don. They both are very pleased with Liza and how much she has helped them.
“Don and Lori have each come to the 2-on-1 training with unique situations and I’ve had a lot of fun creating workouts that work for both of them. They are extremely hard workers and compete with each other. It’s been fun to push their limits and introduce them to new fitness concepts.  It is exciting to see them try something new and watch as they develop the coordination, strength or balance to complete a different exercise.  I appreciate their openness to new movements, exercises or ideas. They have committed to improving themselves and it shows in all the progress they have made. They are taking the programming I’m teaching them and bringing it home to work on when they aren’t with me.  Working with Don and Lori is really fun and I look forward to each week with them.” – Liza Margelofsky
