Meet Jeremy! Jeremy (35) and his wife Jessica have been married for ten years and have two young children, Evan who is eight and Claire who is five. He has been working full time for seven years at the Bellin Health Pharmacy and has been a member at Bellin Health Fitness for three years.

Jeremy had more than one motivation to begin his fitness journey. He had health issues due to stress and needed an outlet to release it. He also wanted to be able to play baseball, soccer and “rocket ship” with his kids without being sore.

Realizing he wasn’t getting any younger and his doctor said to use it or lose it, Jeremy signed up for Personal Training. He is currently working with certified Personal Trainer, Spencer Lichon. His training sessions keep him accountable even on the days he doesn’t want to come in. Training once week for 30 minutes, fits perfectly into his schedule.

Bellin Health Fitness has helped Jeremy become healthier and stronger. He said there will always be stress in his life but now working out helps him to release it. His life has changed a lot. He has been training for 2 ½ years and his workouts have gone from old and stale to always being new and challenging. Jeremy is thankful that his workouts continue to engage him to do more. He feels he wouldn’t be getting the full benefit of the exercises if he wasn’t working with a personal trainer.

The advice Jeremy would give to help others is to recognize and be aware of your limitations. Working with a personal trainer may not be for everybody but for him it works and he finds it invaluable. Jeremy gives a lot of credit to Spencer but also to himself for realizing it takes a team effort to reach his goals.
